Simpson Strong-Tie HTS heavy twist straps provide a tension connection between two wood members. They resist uplift at the heel of a truss economically. The HTS has a 3-3/4″ bend section that eliminates interference at the transition points between the two members. The Strong-Tie HTS30C-REV strap tie features the bend reversed and a G90 galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance which requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.

  • Use all specified fasteners.

NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values
