Orange Jersey Mesh Safety Flag with Vinyl Welt – 18″ x 18″ DOT Compliant

Designed for oversize and wide load marking, this 18″ x 18″ safety flag is constructed from bright orange jersey mesh sewn onto a flexible vinyl welt. The wire-free design eliminates the risk of scratching vehicle surfaces while keeping the flag flat and visible in motion. Built for use with magnetic flag mounts (sold separately), this flag meets FMCSA 49 CFR Section 393.87 and most state regulations.

Flexible, Scratch-Free Mounting for Professional Use

The vinyl welt insert provides enough structure to hold the flags shape without the use of rigid wire, making it ideal for mounting on painted or polished vehicle surfaces. It pairs best with a magnetic mount rated at 80 lbs. or greater pull strength for reliable roadside use.
